About Robin

Hey there, I’m Robin –  a small town Missouri girl with big ambitions. I’m mostly known for my obsession with the Backstreet Boys, Fazoli’s breadsticks, shopping and keeping it real. I’m a wife, boy mama, dreamer, Christ follower, and (now) blogger! When I’m not busy working as a digital advertiser fulltime, you can catch me at a local brewery, buying candles or watching FRIENDS.

If I’m being honest, the thing I am most passionate about in life is being happy and finding my purpose. That may sound super naive, but it’s true! Ever since I could remember, I have been striving for happiness – whether that’s in my job, with my relationships or even in my closet. I want to surround myself with the things that make me most joyful and fill my cup. Which is the sole reason why I started this little blog.

I’ve always had a desire to write; when I was a kid I would keep diaries. Then as I became a teenager they were known as journals. You know, because a diary sounds childish. But since entering adulthood, where you barely have time to clean the house, I wasn’t able to dedicate the time to it. That is until my sister said something to me that I remind myself of every day, “You always have time for the things that you make a priority.” So my friends, here I am. Making my passion a priority.

I’ve been working in marketing/advertising since graduating from UCM (Go Mules!) and I truly love it. But there’s always been a hole in my heart that my full-time job just can’t seem to fill. I needed an outlet that allowed me to follow my own intuitions; an outlet for creativity and to share the things I’m most passionate about. I have always loved helping women grow or find their own unique style, as well as maximize what they already own. At the end of the day though, I’ll be here encouraging you to feel confident no matter what’s on trend.

Still here? Let’s connect! I share all my life and my outfits over on Instagram @robinconnor_ so if you want to hang out, that’s likely where I’ll be scrolling.

Thank you so much for following along – I hope you stay awhile!

-Robin
